600gEgg Whites
70g2% Colby Jack Cheese

12Tortilla Chips

0.5 PacketTaco Seasoning

80gNon-Fat Greek Yogurt

40gLettuce
Shredded

Instructions
Step 1
n a pan over medium-high heat (7/10), cook beef and turkey sausage with taco seasoning. Once nearly cooked, stir in colby jack cheese. Set aside.
Step 2
In the same pan, cook 150g egg whites per wrap, seasoned with everything bagel seasoning. Cover to cook through. Prepare 4 egg rounds.
Step 3
Slice 1 large tortilla into 4 pizza-slice-like pieces (used to seal the bottom of wraps).
Step 4
Assemble: Place 1 egg white round on a large tortilla. Add ¼ of the cheesy meat, 7g more colby jack cheese, and fold like a crunch wrap.

Flip the sealed crunch wrap, top with:

- 3 tortilla chips

- 20g Greek yogurt

- One of the cut tortilla pieces

Carefully fold into a crunch wrap shape.
Step 12
Air fry at 400°F for 5–6 minutes, spraying with cooking spray and topping with bagel seasoning if desired.
Step 13
For meal prep: Wrap and freeze. To reheat, air fry from frozen at 400°F for 4–5 minutes.
