Instructions
Step 1
Spray two 10 oz ramekins with non-stick spray. Add 150g egg whites and a pinch of sea salt to each.
Step 2
Air fry at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Once cooked, remove egg white patties and return them to the air fryer with the bottoms facing up.
Step 4
Add Canadian bacon slices to the air fryer alongside patties. Air fry at 350°F for 4 minutes.
Step 5
After that, add split English muffins and place cheese slices on the egg white patties. Stack the bacon if needed to make space.
Step 6
Air fry everything together for another 3 minutes to toast muffins and melt cheese.

Assemble each sandwich:

- Egg white with melted cheese

- 2 slices Canadian bacon

- Optional: drizzle with sriracha
