Instructions
Step 1
Heat up medium frying pan on high heat, add bacon into pan and fry until golden brown and crispy. Take bacon out and set aside.



Step 2
In the same pan, heat up neutral oil on medium heat and add garlic and diced green onions. Stir fry until fragrant.




Step 3
Once garlic and green onions are fragrant, add Kimchi and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Add cooked bacon and mix together with Kimchi.




Step 4
Add rice, Kimchi juice and Gochujang and mix well until every grain of rice is completely red.



Step 5
Once everything is combine, add soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well. Once combined, turn heat to low and set aside.



Step 6
In a clean frying pan, heat up some neutral oil on high heat and fry an egg.



Step 7
Scoop Kimchi fried rice into serving bowl, add fried egg on top and sprinkle some nori seaweed, sesame seeds and green onions. Serve.






Step 8
Make sure you mix the nori seaweed and fried egg into Kimchi fried rice before enjoying.
