Instructions

Step 1
Dice the brown onion, garlic and capsicum and place in the slow cooker
Step 2
Add with the tomato paste, canned tomatoes, sugar, herbs and spices, worcestershire sauce, drained and washed red kidney beans and mince to the slow cooker.
Step 3
Dissolve the stock cube in the hot water and pour over the meat and vegetables
Step 4
Add bay leaves. Stir well ensuring everything is covered in the liquid
Step 5
5.Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
