Ingredients
4 servings

2 Ibschicken breast
pounded to 1/4 inch thickness

10 ozdry pasta
fettuccine, mafaldine, etc

6cloves garlic
minced

2 tablespoonsbutter

3 tablespoonsolive oil

1 ½ cupsChicken Broth

2 ½ cupsmilk
room temperature

½ cupbuffalo wing sauce

4 ozcream cheese
cut into cubes, room temperature

3 tablespoonsItalian seasoning
divided

⅔ cupgrated parmesan cheese

4green onions
sliced
Instructions
Step 1
1. Season chicken with mostpofi the Italian seasoning, reserving 1 teaspoon.
Step 2
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on one side, flip, reduce heat to low, and cook another 4-5 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F.
Step 3
3. Remove and tent with foil.
Step 4
In the same skillet, melt butter and cook garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, milk, buffalo sauce, and remaining seasoning. Bring to a low boil.
Step 5
4. Add pasta, submerge in the liquid, and simmer for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
Step 6
Stir in cream cheese until melted, then add parmesan and green onions.
Step 7
5. Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with more buffalo sauce if desired.
