Instructions

Step 1
Peel, degerm and mince the garlic, and the ginger. Peel the onion and mince it. Dice the tomatoes.

In a pan, heat up some olive oil, then golden the garlic, the ginger, the onion and the tomatoes.

Add the lentils, then pour the coconut milk, the tomato sauce and a glass of water.

Add salt and pepper, add spices and the tomato puree. Let simmer for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the rice for 10 minutes in a saucepan with boiling water, then strain it.
