Instructions

Step 1
1. Mix the almond flour & baking powder.

2. Add your cottage cheese to a sifter/strainer and press down, pat the outside dry & repeat to remove moisture. &

3. Mix with the flour, form into a dough & shape into 2-3 bagels. Add egg wash and EBTB seasoning.
Step 4
4. Spray each side with oil & air fry @ 300F for 12-15 mins. Take them out and enjoy!
