Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine ciabatta and milk. Soak 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
Add other ingredients and mix by hand to fully combine. Pack the meatballs to desired size. Lightly compress the meatballs to remove air pockets.
Step 3
In a large sauté pan, add olive oil, heat to medium high. Sear each meatball on both sides. Finish cooking in oven at 350 or in red sauce.
