Instructions
Step 1
Boil 1/2 cup of water with a bit of salt
Step 2
Heat pan on medium high with a bit of oil
Step 3
When water is boiling, add rice
Step 4
Fry french fries in air fryer
Step 5
Add dry veal steaks seasoned with salt and pepper to the pan and fry until internal temperature is 63°C
Step 6
Set veal steaks aside
Step 7
Add cream, beef stock and pepper (10 cracks) to the pan
Step 8
When sauce is thick and reduced, add the veal steaks back to the pan and reheat for 5 minutes
Step 9
Serve!
