Instructions
Step 1
Add the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, cream cheese, yogurt, milk, vanilla, and half the maple syrup to a container. Stir to combine.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine the blueberries and remaining syrup. Heat over medium-low and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes or until the blueberries have burst, gently pressing on them with the back of a spoon. Allow to cook for five minutes.
Step 3
Stir the blueberries into the oats. Seal the container and place in the fridge overnight.
