Ingredients

1 tablespoonolive oil

1 tablespooncassava flour
as a thickener

1 headcauliflower
medium, chopped

½ cupgreen onion tops
chopped, green parts only
4 cupslow-histamine chicken broth
homemade, or filtered water

sea salt
to taste

White pepper
to taste, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Step 1: In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over low heat.

Step 2: Add the cassava flour, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes to create a roux.

Step 3: Add the chopped cauliflower, green onion tops, and broth or water to the saucepan. Increase heat to medium.

Step 4: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer until the cauliflower is tender, approximately 20 minutes.
