1 poundground turkey breast

1 tablespoonavocado oil

2 TablespoonsTamari
Soy Sauce Works Also

1 tablespoonsambal olek

1 teaspoonsesame oil

1 teaspoonsesame seeds

salt
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Brown turkey meat in the avocado oil, and season conservatively with salt and pepper
Step 2
Just before turkey is fully cooked, add ginger and garlic
Step 3
Once turkey is fully cooked, add sliced peas, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, and the veggies from the salad bags. Mix well with browned meat and cook with lid on for 5 minutes
Step 4
After 5 minutes, add the 2 reserved packets of salad dressing, tamari, samba, and sesame oil
Step 5
Combine well and cook with lid on to desired level of doneness of the veggies, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning as needed
Step 6
When plated, sprinkle with sesame seeds
