Ingredients

24 ozBoneless skinless chicken thighs
salt
Seasoned with
garlic
onion
smoked paprika
chili powder
300gRightRice
Spanish
5Roma tomatoes
diced
1white onion
small, diced
salt
pepper
garlic powder
2limes
Juice of
½ cupcilantro
fresh chopped
1jalepeño peppers
small, diced
200gAvocado
50ggreen enchilada sauce
200gGreek yogurt
Hot sauce
I used, Habanero
Instructions
Step 1
Season Chicken thighs with salt, garlic, Onion, smoked paprika and chili powder. Air fry at 375 for 15 minutes
Step 2
Cut tomatoes, White onion, Dash of salt, pepper, garlic powder each, juice of 2 limes, 1/2 cup of fresh chopped cilantro, 1-2 small jalapeno pepper, diced.
Step 3
Mix Avocado, 50 g green enchilada sauce, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl
Step 4
Mix Greek yogurt and hot sauce
