Instructions
Step 1
In a large pan, sauté oil, onion and salt for 5 minutes. Add garlic, sauté for 3 more minutes. Add spinach and water, sauté for 2 more minutes. Set aside and let cool.
Step 2
Boil water for noodles, add salt and noodles. Cook according to package instructions. (can start working on next step while noodles cook) Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Add cooled sauce ingredients to blender. Add queso fresco, basil and milk. Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Heat up blended sauce in pan. Add noodles and mix until noodles are well coated.
Step 5
Fry up steaks on pan and serve with meal.
