Avocado Chipotle Cream Sauce

1avocado
ripe

4 tablespoonsSour Cream

0.5Can of Chipotle Peppers
in Adobo Sauce

1lime

½ cupbeer

Tequila Lime Seasoning
Cabbage Slaw
Pico de gallo

1red tomato

1red onion

1Red Jalapeno pepper
seeds removed

2 tablespoonscilantro
finely chopped

1lime

1 tablespoonavocado oil

2cloves of garlic

Instructions
Prepare Avocado Chipotle Cream Sauce
Step 1
Put 1 Ripe Avocado, 4 tablespoons of Sour Cream, 1/2 can of Chipotle Peppers, 1 Squeezed Lime, 1/2 cup of beer, 1 tablespoon of tequila lime seasoning, into Blender and blend until liquified.
Step 2
Set sauce off to the side in fridge or pour sauce into a plastic squeeze bottle and set in fridge.
Prepare Cabbage Slaw - Bowl #1
Step 3
Add Shredded Cabbage Mix to a bowl
Step 4
Squeeze Lime into bowl
Step 5
Pour Avocado Oil into Bowl

Sprinkle Tequila Lime Seasoning into bowl

Mix everything in bowl thoroughly

Set bowl aside (or in fridge until time to serve)
Prepare Pico de gallo - Bowl #2
Step 9
Finely dice red tomato and put into a separate bowl

Finely dice red onion and put in bowl with diced tomatoes

Squeeze lime juice into bowl

Add 1 Tablespoon of Avocado Oil into bowl.

Slice red jalapeno pepper in half and remove all seeds and pulp. Finely dice the jalapeno and add to bowl.

Add 1 Tablespoon of Tequila Lime seasoning to bowl

Add 2 Tablespoons of Finely chopped cilantro to bowl

Add 2 Cloves of Garlic to bowl

Set bowl #2 aside (or in fridge until time to serve)
Prepare and Cook the Shrimp

Set Griddle to medium-low
Step 19
Coat Griddle with thin layer of Avacado Oil and add 2 Tablespoons of Salted Butter

Put Shrimp into a bowl

Sprinkle Tequila Lime Seasoning over shrimp and mix well

Place Shrimp on Griddle Top and lightly sprinkle with salt

After 1 minute, sprinkle a little more Tequila Lime Seasoning over shrimp

Add a little more oil and butter to the griddle and then add corn tortillas (making sure that the tortillas are coated in the oil)

After 2-3 minutes, flip shrimp over on griddle and sprinkle with a little more salt

Also flip the tortillas over

Cook shrimp for another 2-3 minutes, until they have a nice crust

Remove tortillas and place to the side or into a taco holder
Build and Serve the Tacos

In a tortilla, add the Cabbage Slaw mix

Then add shrimp to the tortilla, hot off the griddle

Then spoon over some of the Pico de gallo

Then top it off with some of the Avacado Cream sauce

Squeeze a little fresh lime juice over the top of the taco
