Instructions

Step 1
Blend all ingredients (except yogurt) until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into muffin tins and bake at 350f for 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
Let cool and store. Serve with yogurt.

Freeze GREAT! Reheat 30-40 seconds in microwave.
