or pork sausage

medium, diced
1green bell pepper
diced
2cloves garlic

1 headgreen cabbage
small, chopped
1 x 14.5 ozcan diced tomatoes
undrained
1 cuplong-grain white rice
uncooked
2 cupsbeef broth
1 Tbspcajun seasoning
½ tspsmoked paprika
¼ tspcayenne pepper

to taste
black pepper

2 Tbspolive oil
fresh parsley
chopped, for garnish

In a large skillet or pot, heat olive oil over medium heat, or sausage and cook until browned
