Pork Mixture

2 lbground lean pork

6cloves garlic
minced

½ cupred onion
minced

½ cupgreen onions
sliced

½ cupbasil
sliced

1 Tbspgarlic powder

1 Tbsponion powder

1 Tbspground ginger

1 Tbsprice powder
toasted

2 tsplime pepper

2 tspcrushed red pepper

2 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbsphoisin sauce

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together all pork mixture ingredients until well combined.
Let rest while prepping the toppings.
Step 2
Make the Spicy Mayo. Refrigerate. Prep the cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and green onions for the toppings.
Set aside.
Step 3
On a sheet tray, press about 1–2 tbsp (a golf ball-sized amount) of pork mixture onto one side of each flour tortilla. Wet hands and press into a thin, even layer.
Step 4
Place a lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place tortillas meat-side down and sear for 3–4 minutes.
Step 5
Flip and warm the tortilla side for another minute or so (you don’t want it crispy, just warmed through).
Step 6
Remove from heat and add toppings.
Serve hot and enjoy!
