Step 1
Blend everything fairly smoothly together (not too much, or the hemp will release oil).
Step 2
To prepare the gravy, cook vegetables and/or protein (for example , frozen mixed vegetables, grated tofu or paneer, scrambled/hard-boiled egg, cooked chickpeas, etc). Then combine 3 tbsp of mixture with a cup of water and let it boil with the cooked vegetables/protein until thickened. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
