Instructions

Step 1
Boil the water. As you wait for the water to start to boil, preheat the pan with the grease and cut up hotdogs into approx. centimeter thick slices.
Step 2
Once the water is boiling, add the pasta to the pot. At the same point, add your hot dogs to the preheated pan.
Step 3
Cook both pasta and hot dogs for 6 to 8 minutes.
Step 4
When the pasta is done turn the heat down to three or four (medium low) and drain almost all of the pasta water. Leave more if you're using heavy cream instead of milk.
Step 5
Add the cheese packet, milk/cream, and some seasonings if you like. (I use black pepper, paprika, and sometimes Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning).
Step 6
Once the cheese packet and seasonings are mostly stirred in, add your regular cheese.
Step 7
Once the cheese is mostly melted, add hot dogs and serve.
