Sweet Habenero Ginger Chicken

This chicken has the perfect amount of sweet, savory, and heat! My kids can't get enough of it. It goes perfect with rice, steamed veggies, in street tacos, or just by itself!!! The key ingredient is the sweet-hot sauce that sets off the ginger, Sweet Habenero Choloula is the best, but a mango salsa works well too.
