Crispy Za'atar Tofu Cabbage Wraps

Instructions

Step 1
Heat your oven to 425°F. Shred tofu then toss together with its ingredients.
Step 2
Do the same with the cabbage and onion. Put on two separate baking sheets and bake both your cabbage and the tofu for 10 minutes. Toss and then cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 3
Stir together sauce and then when tofu and the cabbage come out, toss everything together and serve on pita with hummus.
