Instructions

Step 1
Cook ramyun noodles in pot of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water and set aside.
Step 2
In bowl, add ramen seasoning, garlic, black pepper, vinegar and sesame seeds.

Step 3
Heat oil in small pot until inserting a wooden skewer or wooden spoon into oil to see bubbles (if see bubbles, oil is hot). Carefully add oil into the spice mix and stir with chopsticks to prevent spices from clumping.
Step 4
Add cooked noodles into the chilli oil and mix until combined.
Step 5
Add chives or green onions on top.
Step 6
Fry sunny side up egg into small pan with oil. Add fried egg on top of ramen and mix chilli oil ramen into egg and chives. Enjoy!
