Melted
25gBlack Cocoa Powder
25gAll-Purpose Flour
14gCoconut Flour
2 ScoopsChocolate Whey
60gGranular Sugar Substitute
I Used Swerve
60gSugar Substitute
Confectioners, I Used Swerve
6gBaking Soda
1gSalt
113gNonfat Greek Yogurt
28gNonfat Cream Cheese
36gSugar Substitute
Powdered, I Used Swerve

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Grab a mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients. Mix.
Step 3
Grab another mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients. Mix.
Step 4
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly and avoid clumping. Mix again.
Step 5
Add cookie dough to fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Grab 2 cookie sheets. Spray both with cooking spray or add parchment paper. Add 10 formed cookies to each sheet (Make them small; they will expand while baking).
Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes (Take out slightly underdone as they will cook outside the oven).
Step 8
While cookies are cooling, grab a mixing bowl and add frosting ingredients. Mix. Top cookies with frosting and optional toppings. Let cookies cool in the fridge for 1+ hours so frosting thickens. Then enjoy!
