Chia Porridge with Berries

Ingredients
1 servings

3 Tbspchia seeds

1 cupalmond milk
organic, or coconut milk

2 Tbssultanas
dried unsulphered organic, or any dried fruit

1 tspcinnamon

¼ tspall spice

⅛ tspcardamon

½ tspvanilla essence
homemade or 100% natural
1 tspmaleo
mix of rapadura sugar and water

blueberries

Mango
optional

raw almonds

Fresh mint
optional

cashews
optional

sunflower seeds
optional
Instructions
Step 1
Place milk into a bowl and sprinkle chia seeds in and stir immediately for a minute or so to avoid clumping.
Step 2
Add dried fruit and spices as you stir along with maleo and vanilla.
Step 3
Allow to sit for 30-40 minutes to thicken, or cover and store in the fridge overnight.
Step 4
Add any optional toppings and serve.
