Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. When incorporates turn out and knead until elastic, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Leave to rise at room temp until doubled in size
Step 3
Divide into desired portions. Seal each portion in a container or loosely wrap with cling wrap.
Step 4
Place in the fridge for 48-72 hours
