Kaa's Aloo Gobi
The always-ravenous Kaa isn't known for eating many vegetables, However, this vegetarian dish of cauliflower, potato, and a warm blend of spices just might entice him.
*Note: This recipe has been altered to replace the cauliflower with chicken and is not vegetarian

Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the oil. Add the garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute.








Step 2
Add onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Step 3
Add the chicken and potatoes and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the chicken is cooked through.


Step 4
Add 1/3 cup water to the pan, cover, and continue to cook until the vegetables are softened, about 10 minutes more.
Serve over rice or with naan.
