Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the oil. Add the garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add the chicken and potatoes and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the chicken is cooked through.
