Instructions

Step 1
1. Dice onion and sweet potato 2. Cook onions, garlic and ginger in oil for 5-10 minutes 2. Add all spices, lentils, sweet potato, coconut milk & stock 3. Bring to low simmer for 20-30 minutes until everything is soft 4. Serve with rice
