Instructions
Step 1
Put salmon with chilli sauce and lime juice in plastic bag. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Whisk vinegar and sugar, toss with warm rice.
Step 3
Grill salmon 4-5 minutes until just cooked through. Flake salmon into chunks.
Step 4
Toss carrot, spring onions and chilli with rice. Gently stir through salmon and serve.
