Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175 °C (350 °F). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish.
Step 2
In one bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon.
Step 3
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, yogurt, syrup/honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Step 4
Combine wet and dry mixtures. Fold in berries.
Step 5
Pour batter into the baking dish and spread evenly.
Step 6
Bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7
Cool slightly before slicing into 4 serves.
