Instructions

Step 1
Slice a red onion into thin slices 2. Bring water, vinegar, sugar and salt to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until sugar dissolves. 3. Pour over the onions and let cool for 30 minutes. 4. Store in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks.
