⅔ cupdried black beans
⅔ cupdried garbanzo beans
⅔ cupdried lima beans
⅔ cupdried lentils
1 lbground beef
2russet potato
4carrots
1white onion
1beer brat
1can diced tomatoes
0.75can tomato paste
garlic clove

Instructions
Step 1
Soak dried beans 24hrs overnight in large pot
Step 2
Drain and rinse soaked beans
Step 3
cover with water maybe an inch above top of beans
Step 4
Simmer for 3-4 hours until they're all cooked
Step 5
Brown beef and beer brat (chop after)
Step 6
Cut carrots in coins and chop potatoes into cubes no bigger than 50¢ piece.
Step 7
Add all ingredients and simmer another 3-4 hours until potatoes and carrots are cooked.
