Instructions
Step 1
• Boil the pasta.
Step 2
• Fry the onion, turkey and ham in Le Crueset for 10 minutes
Step 3
In a medium saucepan melt the butter, stir in the flour and cook over a gentle heat for a few minutes.
Step 4
Slowly add stock and milk a little at a time, stirring all the time to stop lumps forming.
Step 5
Allow to gently simmer and thicken for 10 minutes taking care to scrape the bottom of the pan.
Step 6
• Add the sauce and pasta to the onions, turkey and ham and mix well.
Step 7
• Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs, top with the cheese and bake at 180C / 350F for about 12 minutes until piping hot and the cheese is melted.
