Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
Step 2
Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
Step 4
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 5
Shred chicken with two forks.
Step 6
Stir in heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
Step 7
Cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Step 8
Stir in fresh basil before serving.
