Step 1
Toss the gnocchi in a bowl with 1 tsp of oil, garlic, paprika and seasoning.
Step 2
Air fry the gnocchi at 200c for 5-6 mins then add the vegetables. Cook for a further 5-6 minutes.
Step 3
Add the basil, pine nuts and the rest of the oil to a blender. Drizzle over the gnocchi
