The Pizza Sauce
Step 1
Smush a couple tomatoes in a bowl. You can use a potato masher or just crush them with your (clean) hands.

Add the spices

Use a blender until its as mushed as you want it to be.

Step 4
Pour it into a pot and boil it until most of the moisture it gone. It can take hours. There should not be any "puddles" of tomato juice in the pot. If the sauce is too moist the pizza will get moist too.

The Dough

Break the yeast into pieces and mix it together with the liquids.
Step 6
Add the salt and flour. Mix it into a firm dough.
Step 7
Cover the bowl and put it in a warm place. Let the dough rise to double its original size.
Step 8
Take the finished dough out and roll it into pizzas. It should be enough for two small pizzas.

Step 9
Put a tbs of oil on the baking sheet. Put the uncooked pizza on it and add a touch of oil on it too.
Step 10
Cook the pizza dough for 5-10 minutes so it is slightly golden.

Add the topping.
The Topping

Start with your pizza sauce, then cheese (cow, goat, or sheep).
Step 13
Then add any vegetable or meat that wont take more than 10 minutes to be cooked. Raw broccoli has a risk of not being done by the time everything else is.
