Instructions

Step 1
Heat smoker to 300°
Step 2
Par boil corn and potatoes for 10 min
Step 3
Add shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes, and onions to foil pan. Sprinkle with creole seasoning and mix well.
Step 4
In small sauce pan melt butter. Once butter had melted add garlic, paprika, and crab boil. Mix well and allow ingredients to cone together.
Step 5
Pour butter mixture over pan and mix well.
Step 6
Place pan on smoker for 1 hour, stirring at 30 min intervals.
