Marinade
500ggreek yoghurt
6 clovesgarlic

2 Tbsporegano
1 ½ TbspGround Cumin
2 Tbsponion powder
1 Tbsppaprika powder
1 Tbspturmeric
1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

4boneless chicken breasts
Tzatziki
Salad
1cucumber
2tomatoes
1 Tbsporegano
feta
3 Tbspred wine vinegar
2 Tbspolive oil
1 Tbspsea salt
1 Tbspblack pepper

Instructions
Marinade
Step 1
Combine all marinade ingredients except chicken in a bowl, and mix until fully incorporated.
Step 2
Pat chicken breasts dry and cut them into small pieces.
Step 3
Add the chicken to the bowl of marinade, mixing to evenly coat each piece. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Tzatziki
Step 4
Cut one cucumber in half, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon
Step 5
Pat the halves dry with a paper towel and dice into small pieces
Step 6
Pour 500g of greek yoghurt into a bowl, and add the diced cucumbers.
Step 7
Mince 4 cloves of garlic, and add to the bowl.
Step 8
Mix in salt, pepper and the juice of half a lemon. Cover and let chill in the fridge for an hour
Salad
Step 9
Dice up 1 cucumber and 2 tomatoes. Add both to a bowl
Step 10
Add 1 tbsp dried oregano, 3 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, and feta cheese. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Finishing Touch
Step 11
Cook up the marinated chicken in olive oil until it gets a nice colour.
Step 12
Heat up two pitas at 190°C for 5-6 minutes. Afterwards, cut them in half
Step 13
Fill up the pitas with your salad, chicken, shredded lettuce, diced onions and your tzatsiki
