Instructions
Step 1
Shred the cabbage using the grating attachment in a food processor, or shred finely with a knife.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large wok or deep frying pan over high heat then add the cabbage. Cook for 5min, stirring often, then add the mulled wine and balsamic vinegar, reduce the heat to medium and cook for a further 10min until tender.
Step 3
Stir in the cranberry sauce and season to taste. Serve.
