Step 1
1: Cook the Pork, give it a nice golden texture so you can feel it ya know?

2: Cook the sauce. Peppers in first, cook them, we don't like acidic peppers please. Add the Ajvar, Tomatoes, Pesto, Roasted Peppers but chop them first, don't just raw dog it in there, some pepper flakes if you like. Then the tuna goes in. Cook it, for longer than you think, on low, we want it to taste awesome.
Step 3
3: Add pork back into it, low heat, cover it. While you're doing that, start the pasta.

4: Take out the pasta, we're not cooking for a retirement home.
Step 5
5: Big bowl, pot something that can contain this. Add it all, mix it all, scoop from the bottom, no naked penne, thats a crime.
Step 6
6: Portion it out, 12 servings if you love yourself, more if you're going though something.
