Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt to taste and once it boils add in your pasta (cook according to package instructions)


Step 2
In a bowl add ricotta, salt, pepper and some pasta water (according to how creamy you like it), mix well until smooth and fully combined




Step 3
Drain the pasta, add it to the ricotta cream, stir well until combined and enjoy!
