These cookies are chewy, soft, golden, and delicious. This is the only cookie recipe you will ever need. Perfect for lunch boxes, snacks, and literally anything you can think of! The best way to begin, with only 8 basic-pantry ingredients and simple kitchen ware that will definitely be in your pantry. Makes around 30 airpod-sized cookies. The dough can be frozen for up to 3 months before going brown, and baked cookies can last about 3 weeks before going bad.

Prepare a small bowl, a large bowl, a whisk, an electric beater (if you have one), baking paper, a knife and cutting board (if you prefer chopped chocolate), and 2-3 trays

Put the dough in the fridge for 30-45 minutes, while your waiting preheat the oven too 180c fan-forced

Get small airpod-sized scoops and roll into balls

Lay on trays, try to make them even, depending on the size of the trays

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, set a timer so they don't burn
