Instructions

Step 1
Season beef with salt & pepper.
Step 2
Melt olive oil and butter over medium high heat. Add rosemary and fry steak about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
Step 3
Layer spring mix, tomato and cucumber on plate. Add steak and pour remaining pan liquid over top. Serve & Enjoy!
