Instructions
Step 1
Put 2 to 3 tbsp oil in a pot.
Step 2
Add sliced onions.
Step 3
Stir fry for 10 mins.
Step 4
Push the onions to one side.
Step 5
Add a bit more oil.
Step 6
Put in the chilli powder, mix for half minute or less, stir everything together.
Step 7
Slow fire.
Step 8
Stir for 5 to 10 mins, add salt.
Step 9
Add tomatoes, stir-fry until soft, 5 to 10 mins. Add quarter cup water, mix.
Step 10
Add prawns, cook for 5 to 8 minutes, test to check prawns are done.
