Instructions

Step 1
Peel the enoki mushrooms into small sections.
Step 2
In a bowl, make a batter by mixing all-purpose flour and water until smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Dip the mushroom sections into the batter, then roll them in the cornstarch mixture to coat.

Spray the air fryer basket with oil spray to prevent sticking.

Arrange the mushrooms in the basket without overcrowding.

Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes. Flip them halfway through and spray a bit more oil if needed.

While mushrooms are frying, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey, garlic powder, and vinegar in a small bowl to make the Sriracha mayo.
Step 9
Serve the crispy mushrooms hot with the Mayo dip.
