Ingredients

1.5 poundsround steak
or venison, sliced thin
1onion
medium 5 green onions, sliced
1stalks celery
sliced thin
2green peppers
sliced
1chicken bouillon cube
1 packetbrown gravy mix
1beef bouillon cube
8 ouncesmushrooms
sliced or canned
2 cupswater
black pepper
1 tablespoonpowdered mushrooms
Cornstarch
to thicken
2cloves garlic
minced
Brown rice
white, or noodles
Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice or noodles and set aside
Step 2
Saute meat
Step 3
Add onions, celery, and mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Step 5
Add water, peppers, gravy, bouillon cubes, and powdered mushrooms. Simmer for 25 minutes.
Step 6
Thicken with cornstarch and simmer until desired consistency.
Step 7
Serve with rice or noodles.
