Instructions

Step 1
Over medium heat, caramelize the onion until lightly brown using a few Tbsp's of vegetable broth if needed during this process. then, add the diced mushrooms, diced galic cloves and seasoning to taste. when the mushrooms are well browned ( about half of their original size) add diced green pepper and theh diced jalepeno (if desired). Add seasoning and horseradish to taste.
Step 2
On the hoagie bun, put the mayo on one side of the bun, and the melty mozzarella on the other. Add the mushroom mixture to the sandwich to desired filling level.
