Instructions
Step 1
Place a large skillet over medium heat; brown pork chops on both sides, about 4 minutes. Remove from pan.
Step 2
In same skillet, combine apples, onion and water.
Step 3
Place pork chops over apple mixture; drizzle chops with vinaigrette.
Step 4
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 3-5 minutes or until chops reach145°F.
