Instructions
Step 1
First put 300g of cottage cheese into the bowl and gently break it up.
Step 2
Add 90g of sugar and 2 tbsps of lemon juice to the bowl.
Step 3
Gradually add the beaten egg and stir it in well with the rubber spatula.
Step 4
Add 9 tbsps of plain flour to the bowl.
Step 5
Add 3/4 tsp of baking powder and stir it in.
Step 6
Heat 1 tbsp og cooking oil in a frying pan over a low heat.
Step 7
Put 1 tbsp of batter into the frying pan fir each friter.
Step 8
Top each dollop of batter with a few raisins.
Step 9
Fry both sides of the batter turning each one over when the edges of the batter begin to harden.
Step 10
Transfer the freshly-made syrniki fritters to a plate and they're ready to serve.
