Instructions
Step 1
Add hasbrowns in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic powdwer & onion powder. Cook and crumble the breakfast sausage in a skillet. Add to the hasbrowns. Dump into greased 9X13 baking dish. In that same bowl whisk together the 12 eggs. Add 3/4 of the bag of shredded cheese and mix. Season again. Pour over the hashbrowns and sausage in the baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until the middle is no longer wet and the top is golden brown.
